Return products or Replacing items will take from 3 days up to 7 days from the date of application.

Return Damaged products or Replacing Damaged items return policy:

If you purchase an item then it looks to you damaged, you are able entitled to recover your money or replace it with any other products with the same quantity and price of damaged items under the Consumer law of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in Saudi Arabia. The applicable time period varies by product (or service) and is determined by the nature of the goods, the quantity of the products, the price paid, and any representations made about the goods or any service.

Not the same as what you ordered

Damaged In Transit
  • Please do not receive things that are clearly damaged when they are delivered.
  • Please notify the Rail-Street website about your order as soon as possible if the damage is discovered after unpacking.
  • The contact information for the store can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • They will then arrange for the products to be retrieved and you to get a refund or a replacement item or you can bring the things to the nearest branch of Rail-Street website, where they will be able to assist you.
